What does the production process look like?

Our production timeline is approximately 8 weeks, as every piece is custom and made to order.

• Weeks 1–4 (sometimes up to 8): Stone sourcing or custom cutting + CAD design
• Midway: You’ll receive your stone video and CAD to review and approve
• Final 2 weeks: Casting, stone setting, polishing, and final finishing

Once complete, your ring ships via insured 2-day FedEx with signature required. We’ll send tracking (and a sneak peek) as soon as it’s on the way!

What’s the difference between lab diamonds and moissanite?

Both are lab-created, but they have distinct personalities.

• Lab diamonds: Identical to natural diamonds in composition. Crisp, bright, and full of depth
• Moissanite: Slightly softer (but still very durable) with more rainbow sparkle and a more blended, “galaxy” look

Diamonds are a 10 on the Mohs scale, moissanite sits just below at 9.25–9.5. Both are perfect for everyday wear.

The biggest difference? Price. Moissanite is typically around $375 per carat, while lab diamonds are priced based on the 4 Cs. Read more about the 4 Cs here.

What does your warranty cover?

We offer a lifetime warranty because we stand behind our work.

• First year: All repairs are fully covered (excluding excessive or intentional damage)
• After one year: Repairs are offered at cost. No markup, ever

We always recommend removing your ring during activities like sleeping, working out, or cleaning to keep it in its best condition.

For loss or theft, we suggest adding your ring to a jewelry insurance policy.

What are your payment options?

You can either pay in full or finance through Bread Pay. Once you’re ready, we’ll send a secure checkout link via email. Production begins as soon as your order is placed.

If you choose financing, your first payment isn’t due until 30 days after your ring ships,  which means you’ll likely receive your piece before any payments begin.

What’s the difference between a virtual and in-person appointment?

Both experiences are one-on-one and fully guided by our design specialists.

In-person appointments allow you to try on rings, view stones in real time, and experience everything hands on. Virtual appointments are hosted over Google Meet and are designed to be just as detailed, with personalized guidance, visuals, and pricing shared throughout.

Both are thoughtful and comprehensive. It simply comes down to what feels most convenient for you.

Who will I be working with?

Our team is entirely women-led and made up of experienced design specialists who truly understand the process, with many of us wearing rings we personally designed alongside our team.

We design with you, not for you.

What if I need more time?

That’s completely normal. Most clients don’t finalize everything in one appointment. We think of your first showing as the start of the conversation. You can always schedule a follow-up (virtual or in-person) to continue refining your design.

What is the VIP Experience?

Our VIP Experience allows you to preview up to three hand-selected lab diamonds, sourced specifically for your appointment.

You’ll share your preferences (carat, color, clarity, shape), and we’ll bring in stones tailored to you, so you can compare options that truly align with your vision.

• $100 deposit required (applied to your purchase)
• Ideal for clients who want a more curated, high-touch experience

Totally optional, but a favorite for out-of-town clients.

We do require about one week to one and a half weeks in advance to source your stones, and the sooner we receive your preferences, the better!

Will the rings I see on Instagram be available to try on?

Our Instagram features a mix of client pieces and showroom samples. We do our best to have representative styles available, but since everything is custom, not every exact piece will be in-store.

If there’s something specific you’d love to see, let us know ahead of time. We’ll always try to make it happen!

Do you offer Spanish-speaking appointments?

Yes! We have a Spanish-speaking team member available for virtual appointments. Just reach out to get started, we’ll take care of the rest.

How many rings and stones are available in each showroom?

Each showroom typically carries:

• 200+ loose stones for viewing
• 50–80 rings to try on

Plenty to explore, compare, and fall in love with.

Is there a unique benefit to each showroom?

Yes, and each one has its own personality!

SoHo, NY - Our space features an outdoor patio, so you can view your rings and stones in natural light, which makes a huge difference when comparing sparkle and color.

Charleston, SC - This is our headquarters, where our founder is based, right on King Street in a beautiful, walkable area filled with great restaurants, drinks, and shopping. It makes for a really fun, full experience before or after your appointment!

Parking and entry

We always want your visit to feel as easy as possible, so here is what to expect:

Orange County, CA
We have a full parking lot available, so you can park right on site with ease.

SoHo, NY
Parking can be a bit of a challenge, so we typically recommend taking the subway or using a nearby parking garage for the smoothest arrival.

Charleston
Street parking is available, but it can be limited at times. We recommend the Charleston Place garage or the Target parking lot for the most convenient options.

Can I try on rings or bring guests?

Yes. We have sample pieces and loose stones available in sizes 4–10. Guests are welcome, but please notify us in advance if you plan on bringing more than one guest so we can accommodate ahead of time.

Can I see East West and Created in the same appointment?

Yes! Our showrooms feature both brands for easy comparison.
